1. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are provided after a site visit or measurement. Estimates given without measurement are indicative and may change once final dimensions are confirmed.

2. Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required before fabrication begins. Final payment is due on completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

If materials have already been ordered or fabricated, the deposit may be forfeited. Cancellations before fabrication will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

4. Warranty

We stand by our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply where applicable. Damage caused by misuse, weather events or third-party alterations is not covered.

5. Site Access

The client must provide safe access to the work area. Delays caused by restricted access may affect scheduling and pricing.
